Since 2001, Richard has been running a successful bespoke matching service for classic Mercedes enthusiasts, Mercseller.com. He has made many great friends and influential contacts throughout his working life (since 1984) which have become the foundation for iiwyk.com (i.e. The UK's Best Connected Business People). He has always enjoyed personally introducing his contacts over a nice lunch or dinner, where he can be involved in positive and friendly outcomes. He has many passions including film production, social networking, organic cooking, the environment, and is a proud father to Amber, his 11 year old daughter and Muffin the Lhasa Apso! Needs to find some spare time to play golf with the rest of the team!

Ian Dickinson Founding Partner
Ian was the former vice president of the Executives Association of Great Britain and fully understands the importance of connecting people. Based in Yorkshire, he has over 30 years experience in media sales, marketing & sponsorship. Since joining in 2004, he has been a business partner in Mercseller.com covering the North of England. Ian also enjoys a round of golf now and again when the time allows!

Ben Cherrill Founding Partner
A creative music specialist with over 20 years experience in the UK music & media industries. A proven track record in major label artist development and A&R, music editing & production, strategic music marketing, specialist music compilations & soundtracks, synch licensing & music supervision, magazine publishing, web development, event management plus music retail and music distribution. Ben’s experience within artist development, strategic marketing and recorded music has seen him sign, develop and promote dozens of globally respected artists, songwriters and music producers. He has also played an integral part in developing music operations and strategy within some of the most successful youth music brands in recent history and has personally delivered more than twenty-five UK Top 20 hits, with more than 15 of those reaching the National Top 10. As an executive producer and senior artist & repertoire manager for multiple hit single, album and
compilation releases, Ben is a well respected and recognized executive within the global music business, and has achieved combined record sales to date in excess of 20million units, taking into consideration, single sales, album sales and branded music compilation usages. During 20 years in the UK music business, Ben Cherrill has worked for leading internationally recognized music companies, such as Virgin Music Group, Universal Music Group, Capitol Records, EMI Records, Polydor Records, Mercury Records, Positiva, Manifesto, Global Underground, Ministry of Sound and Music Week Magazine.. Also a keen golfer, alongside Ian!

Jason Hayford Media Partner

Jason has spent the last two years freelancing as a media consultant helping a diverse range of clients, from small start ups to established international concerns, on an equally diverse range of projects. With over 20 years of experience working first in the capital markets and then in the advertising arena he has a unique perspective on business and commerce with branding and the full spectrum of business communications as his primary "value adds" to the iiwyk team. Learning to play golf...slowly!

Gavin Franks Film & TV Partner

Gavin began his interest in the entertainment field in 1983 at Mill Hill School in London, England where he created sound effects and edited the musical tracks for two school plays.  After moving to Los Angeles in 1985 he continued working in production and finance for the entertainment industry at the same time as graduating from UCLA and becoming a Certified Public Accountant. In 2005 he was one of the producers of the independent feature film “Ten ‘Til Noon”, which premiered at the San Francisco Independent Film Festival in February 2006 and won awards at other festivals. His other experience includes business management services for well-known entertainment clients, producing partner for a commercial production company, overseeing domestic and foreign production costs as a Vice-President at the Fox Family channel, and as production accountant on many features and television series, including HBO’s series “Hung,” which has the highest viewership for a new series on HBO in recent years. In the last few years he has helped package feature film projects for financing.  He prefers good characters and stories to star power and visual effects in creating a worthwhile project, but does appreciate the value of a big name. Gavin is not a good golfer, but does enjoy a round when he has some free time. Currently working with Lionsgate, Kelsey Grammar and Gus Van Sant in Chicago on HBO's hit TV series "Boss"

Richard, Ben, Jason, Ian  and Gavin take much pride in being involved with the introductions themselves and have specifically selected some of the finest meeting places like Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin for people to come together and really enjoy the occasion. They look forward to meeting you for breakfast, lunch or dinner...or even at a DeVere Hotel (with a golf club!).
